about

our mission

The founders of the Anti-Diet Dietetic Students organization noticed that many nutrition programs fail to address the concepts of Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size, disordered eating, weight inclusivity, and body image.

This organization was developed in order to provide a space for students to obtain reliable, evidence-based information from professionals in the field and to ask questions about stepping into the profession themselves.

We believe that regardless of BMI, weight, size, shape, and health-related goals, everyone deserves to have a healthy relationship with food and their body.

We hope that providing this space better prepares nutrition students to communicate this important message to future clients, patients, and other healthcare providers.
